DATUM is calling for nominations to win a £1,000 Movement for Good Award from Benefact Group.

We are encouraging people to nominate us for a chance to win £1,000 as part of Benefact Group’s Movement for Good Awards, which is giving over £1million away to charities.

It’s quick and easy to nominate DATUM online. Nominations will remain open from Monday 9 May and you can vote for us online at www.movementforgood.com. Just search for DATUM FOUNDATION (charity no 1133666) and select the charity type (Education and skills).

Winners will be drawn at random and the more times DATUM is nominated the more chance we have of being selected!

The £1,000 will go towards our life-saving Healthcare Community Clinic project in Malawi.

We are also encouraging everyone to use their social media channels to ask people to vote for us to give DATUM the best possible chance of winning.

“As you know, DATUM’s projects are entirely funded by supporters and grants awarded by organisations willing to help charities change lives for the better –  and Benefact Group’s Movement for Good Awards is one of them. For us, £1,000 can make a real difference, and can invariably change the lives of those we work with and support in Malawi.” – Dean Buchanan, Chair of DATUM Foundation.

Mark Hews, Group Chief Executive of Benefact Group, says: “We’re delighted to announce the launch of Benefact Group’s Movement for Good Awards for the fourth year running. As a company whose purpose is to contribute to the greater good of society, charitable giving is at the heart of what we do. Our Movement for Good Awards will continue to help charities change lives for the better and we know that for many charities, £1,000 can make a real difference.”
