Project Cost: £4,000
Project Location: Namdui Para, Bangladesh

The small village of Namdui Para is located in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh. 136 of the Mro peoples live in the village. There has never been a school.

To remedy this situation Humanitarian Foundation, with the support of DATUM, has built a new primary school. Works were completed in June 2013. The building comprises 2 classrooms, an office, and a toilet. The project also included new furniture, black boards and all required textbooks, pens and school uniforms.

The 26 children of the village are now happy to go to school.
